Be part of the international movement and light Canada up in red in support of World Tuberculosis Day! World TB Day on March 24 is a globally recognized occasion for people to stand in solidarity with the millions of people affected by TB and those who have lost their lives to the disease. Every year, landmarks around the world are lit up in red to commemorate this day. To get a record number of landmarks and monuments lit up in red this year, we need your help! Take action now: Here is how to put in a request for landmarks(s) to be lit up in red on March 24, 2022: Look for landmarks that accept requests for lighting them up. Consult our 2022 list of landmarks requested by others so far to make sure the landmark you chose is not already taken care of. Fill out this form to tell us you are about to make a request on a particular landmark. Apply to have your landmark(s) lit in red for World TB Day 2022. Refer to this “how to guide” from Results Canada for support. Once you have a confirmation that the monument will be lit in red, let us know at action@resultscanada.ca. On World TB Day, we’ll make some noise in media and on social to celebrate your effort and raise awareness to end TB!
